Hello and welcome to the blog I am writing to record events, trials, tribulations and hopefully the odd success during my period of recovery from my mental health condition - Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

Mission Statement

I am sharing experiences of my journey through mental health services and my own recovery in order to raise awareness of EUPD and reduce stigma surrounding it and other mental health conditions. I am speaking out to inspire hope in those fighting for themselves and help educate those who may not have their own personal experiences.

A Brief Bio

I'm Jo,  I'm in my early thirties and live in the UK. I have been blogging since May 2017 about my experiences of recovery and management of my primary mental health diagnosis; EUPD / BPD.  I have a range of conditions but don't want to labour over labels; to me, it is important to raise awareness of mental illness in general.
